Should there be any problem with your on-line purchase, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace any damaged items. All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging and must be accompanied with the OutdoorPhotoArt invoice. A printable copy of your on-line receipt is available by clicking the 'Order History' link in your account manager. Please be sure to obtain and keep your sales receipt and/or invoice.

When returning item(s), please indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, the reasons for the return and your name and phone number. The invoice and/or sales receipt is required with all returns.

For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post. Should there be any additional fees (e.g. brokerage fees), these will be charged back to the customer.

2. Any photographs purchased on-line are for the customer’s personal (not commercial) use. If you wish to use any of our photos for your business in advertising, brochures, etc., contact us. We will send you a price list.
   
   
3. Should you wish to re-sell any of our products in your own business, please contact us for a wholesale price list.
   
   
4. All photographs on OutdoorPhotoArt.com are the sole property of Letkemann Photography. Unauthorized distribution or copying of our photographs is strictly forbidden.
